45-year-old Sandra Annette Bullock is fighting hard to win custody battle against Janine Lindemulder. The custody battle is for Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James’ 5-year-old daughter Sunny with his ex-wife Lindemulder. The Daily Mail claims Sandra considers Lindemulder as an unfair mother.
An American actress who got real recognition from hits like ‘Speed’ and ‘While You Were Sleeping’ Sandra Annette Bullock is in the middle of a custody battle these days and the “Daily Mail’ has described the whole situation in their recent news articles and reports. Sandra has the plea that Lindemulder is an unfair mother as most of the time she’s under the influence of drugs therefore, cannot look after 5-year-old Sunny properly.
Sunny is the daughter of Jesse James, Sandra Bullock’s current husband who was married to the famous porn star of more than 100 adult movies, Janine Lindemulder, prior to his marriage with Sandra. However, Sandra has got all kind of moral and other support from her hubby Jesse in a battle that involves his own child.
A counterattack by Janine Lindemulder was always a possibility and finally she’s also ready to defend her rights over the child who’s now in her custody. She’s been heard to say that Sandra has no right to take her child away from her. The adult star is fully determined to fight back if need be.
It has been learnt that in order to win the sole custody of the child, Bullock had to scribble down the facts and her feeling in a long application-type letter that accused that Janine is always asleep with intakes of drugs while leaves the child unattended and completely at her own. Besides many more such allegations, Sandra also highlighted Janine’s recent tax issues that caused her a small spell in the jail.
It was James who took the sole guardianship of Sunny while Janine spent time in police custody for non-payment of $200,000 or even more in terms of taxes payable to Internal Revenue Service. Since the child is with Sandra and James for the last 6 months or so, the couple is not willing to let Janine regain the possession and custody of Sunny anymore. Both James and Sandra wish to save the child from a drug-addicted mother forever.
