Rishi Sunak got married Akshata Murthy! Oxford graduate, Rishi Sunak and 29-year-old Akshata Murthy’s wedding was held at Hotel Leela Palace in Bangalore on August 30, 2009. Akshata Murthy is the daughter of Infosys founder ‘Narayan Murthy.’

The couple, Rishi Sunak and Akshata Murthy were classmate of each other at Standford Business School. At present, Akshata Murthy is a marketing director in a San Francisco’s European firm, while, Rishi Sunak is a partner at UK-based activist, The Children Investment fund.

The bride, Akshata Murthy was dressed in a ghagra-choli, while the bridegroom, Rishi Sunak was wearing dapper suit. The couple welcomed their guests at Grand Ballroom. As a total of almost 1,000 guests attended the marriage ceremony.

In September 2009, the couple will be received by their friends and family members in New York.
