A report on knee injury to Reggie Bush leaves New Orleans Saints with no choice but to play without the running back. Reggie Bush injury is not the only problem for the NOSs as Jabari Greer and Tracy Porter will also be missing against Patriots.
With a crunch game on the horizon on Monday, the New Orleans Saints team management is busy to make replacements for many of their main players; running back Reggie Bush, starting cornerback Jabari Greer and Tracy Porter are injured.
Professional football player for the National Football League, Reginald Alfred “Reggie” Bush II who currently plays for the New Orleans Saints as their running back, is suffering from an injury to his left knee. The 2005 Heisman Trophy award winner Reggie Bush left the practice earlier this year on August 5 and when he returned, his knee would be seen wrapped in an icepack.
Though the icing was described as a precaution by both the player and the team, but the problems continued for him and Bush missed three consecutive games later in the pre-season due to a calf injury. He was also forced to give some rest to his knee that was surgically repaired last December. However, it was announced by the management that Bush would be available to play regularly in the rest of the season.
The things seem to have worsened for the youngster as a fresh report on his knee injury suggests that he alongside another teammate Ellis wouldn’t be available to the team for the Tampa Bay crucial game on next Sunday. The official report confirms that the injured players wouldn’t be with the team, as announced by a team spokesman on Saturday.
