A Yale lab technician, 24-year-old Raymond Clark who is a former Branford resident, is the person of interest in the murder of 24-year-old Annie Marie Le. Reports say, Raymond Clark who moved out of Branford almost four years ago, is living with his girlfriend in Middletown.
Police investigation says, the name on the mailbox of an address at Ferry Street in Middletown is ‘Ray Clark.’ “Clark has not been seen by anyone since Thursday,” said the manager of that apartment complex where Ray Clark lives.
A neighbor Sana Cotten said, “We had no idea what was going on, cops were all around in the area.”
Yale University directory has mentioned that Raymond Clark is a lab technician who works at the Animal Resources Center.
On Sunday, the remains of Annie Marie Le were found inside the wall of basement of a Yale University’s lab, the area that is used to store animals which are used for research. According to the reports, the area where Annie Le was murdered is so secure that key cards have to be swiped twice to enter. Unfortunately, Annie Le was murdered on her wedding day.
Annie Marie Le was supposed to complete her graduation in pharmacology in an Amistad Street building. The working place of Raymond Clark is very close to that of where Annie Le was performing the work of her graduation.
The remains of Annie Le were identified by medical examiner on Monday, however, the exact cause of death was not clarified that would assist further investigation.
In the year 2003, Annie Le, of California, studied at Union Mine High School. She was named not only as ‘Best of the Best’ but also as ‘Most Likely To Be The Next Einstein.’
May the soul of Annie Marie Le rest in peace…..
