In Ed Schultz Show on MSNBC, today’s guests Markos Moulitsas Zúñiga from Daily Kos and former congressman Thomas Gerard Tancredo had some hard moments. On the VA health care issue Markos Moulitsas called Tom Gerard as vetran over his dodging the draft. Watch the video of the show.
42-year-old Emmy Award winning American journalist David Shuster who works for NBC News and MSNBC had two guests in his Ed Schultz Show today and although the program went smooth yet towards closing moments, one of his guests turned his mic off and left the studio.
The guests were Thomas Gerard Tancredo and Markos Moulitsas Zúñiga while the issue they discussed was House Health Care Bill. At one point, 63-year-old former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives Thomas Gerard Tancredo demanded the other guest to apologize on his comment.
With reference to Tom Tancredo’s evasion or dodging of VA Bill, Markos Moulitsas Zúñiga who’s better known for his username as well as a nickname he received during his days at military “Kos,” called him a veteran. Markos further added some pinching remarks such as he didn’t get a postponement or deferment being sick to fight in a war.
This made the former congressman Tom Tancredo furious and he stipulated Markos for an apology in a demanding manner to which, Markos made a bit more mockery of the situation and stated: “I didn’t mean to intend or propose anything but got straight.”
This was good enough for the old man to take off the mic and leave the scene. Watch the attached video and decide whether Tom Tancredo should have defended the deferment actions.
