Marie Montmarquet has been charged for a robbery along with students of Tennessee University. Marie montmarquet has also been charged for the custody of marijuana (the Indian hemp plant that is the source of the drugs marijuana and cannabis) and many other drug things. About at 1:43 a.m., at a gas station, two men along with a car moved towards the gas station who were standing outside the gas station.

Three travelers were already waiting for one of their colleagues and suddenly the two men, as they unlocked the door of car, spoke these words very harshly, “Give us each and everything that you had obtained” and waved the pistols towards the travelers. After sometime a man came running and screamed, “We have got to go.” All the men hurriedly went into the car, which was 2010 Toyota Pirus, and ran away.

This incident took place on the morning of 12th November, 2009 at 1:43. Three students of Tennessee University were also involved in this robbery namely Mike Edwards, Nub Keese Richardson and Janzen Jackson with a woman car driver named Marie Montmmarquet.

When the men had escaped, the police was informed and they took actions in response and the car was stopped near the campus on Neyland Anvenue. Police took back the two suspicious men to the gas station and the robbed persons recognized the two car men namely Richardsonand and Edwards, who had tried to rob. All of the robbers accepted their mistakes and have been charged. Marie Montmarquet also accepted that both the drugs marjiuana and marjiuana grinder were hers.

Mike Hamiton, sports director of Tennessee, said that they are assessing the nearby situation of the event and no remarks or judgment could be made about these students before the acquiring of the conclusions.
