To help out grief stricken people of Haiti, Justin Timberlake teamed up with Matt Morris at “Hope For Haiti” on Friday and sang ‘Hallelujah.’ The live broadcast was available on NBC, FOX, CNN, ABC, CNN and many other channels. Justin Randall Timberlake knew why he was there; for a noble charity cause.
Performers from all over the country have come forward to support the poor Haiti nation through their contribution in the shape of live performances at the telethon “Hope for Haiti Now” aired by number of television and radio networks. As announced earlier, it was a two hours’ non-stop run in which singers and musicians are participating enthusiastically.
The donations are just pouring in since the audiences fully understood the motive behind the effort that provided them to have a closer look on plenty of their loved artists gathered at one platform. It wasn’t Justin Timberlake to perform there on Friday night alone; legendary characters of Madonna and Christina Aguilera were also there to entertain the massive crowd.
The man behind this great effort ‘Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief’ Mr. George Clooney remained pretty busy receiving hundreds of live calls from the donors alongside Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon. Prior to the great performances, George Clooney would be seen delivering the opening lines to commence the show wherein he kind appealed to the people and stated: “Let’s make them feel the Haitians that deserve our help, they’re not alone anymore.”
Justin Timberlake chose the 1984 song by Leonardo Cohen’s track quite purposefully and the crowd just loved the performance of the great six Grammy Award winner American singer alongside Matt Morris that used to be a cast member with Justin in past at “Mickey Mouse Club.”
