John Fautenberry also confessed to had killed the fellow trucker Gary Farmer in New Jersey, and was given life sentence. He pleaded guilty for stabbing Juneau’s Jefferson Diffee in March 1991, and was given 99-year sentence.
In Cincinnati, John Fautenberry gave up his right that the jury decide for him, and in July 1992, he pleaded guilty for ‘2 counts of aggravated murder and grand theft’ and ‘1 count of aggravated robbery after the daeth of Daron.’
