22-year-old Carrie Prejean also had a Sex Tape. The TMZ claims to have acquired the Sex Tape long ago that forced Carrie Prejean to drop a lawsuit against Miss California USA Pageant officials. Carrie was fired in June for violation of rules (photo shoot beyond contract).

Former Vista (California) Beauty Queen and a sensational beauty, who achieved a landmark by wining the title of ‘Miss California USA-2009’ at such a young age, didn’t only loose her title and got dethroned but also ended up with a dropped subsequent lawsuit.

According to the details Caroline Michelle “Carrie” Prejean was declared the winner of Miss California USA – 2009 crown and was also considered a runner up in the Miss USA–2009 pageant. Some of Carrie’s acts didn’t please the producers of the Miss California USA pageant at all wherein she was found involved in breaching her contract with the agency. She allegedly had some lingerie-modeling photo shoots while according to the contract she was not allowed to do so.

Upon being fired in the month of June, Carrie denied the allegations and subsequently, sued the pageant in following August. She argued that she has only been fired because of her reply against the same-sex marriage during the contest. She had demanded more than a million dollars in her lawsuit.

Today Carrie felt completely off guard when a lawyer on behalf of Miss California USA pageant, presented a hot thing in the court, courtesy TMZ; It was a XXX Sex Home Video of her. Thus Carrie made a vise decision and pulled the lawsuit within may be few seconds. According to the TMZ the video in question was in their custody for months already. They also claim that this is an extremely hot one and that it has never been publicized before. Neither has it been aired on the Web as yet due to the explicit graphical material it contains as per TMZ claims.

So our dethroned Miss California USA Carrie Prejean leaves the court with an empty pocket despite her expectations of $100,000 or more bills.
